This Victorian property, renovated to showcase some of the original features and furnished in keeping with the period. You will be ideally situated very close to the beautiful Bicklescombe park and gardens and the "Cairn" woodland walk, which links to the Tarka Trail. Just a short walk to the Tunnels Beach where you can enjoy an ice cream in the sun. The High Street has a variety of independent shops, or alternatively head along the sea front and pretty harbour to discover a host of pubs and restaurants. See the famous "Verity" statue by Damien Hurst on the pier. The Pier has a direct link to Lundy Island via the Oldenburg along with fishing trips, coastal cruises and water sports.

Heading up a few steps this attractive apartment situated on the first floor, you will find yourself in the hallway, with the kitchen to your left and ahead of you is the stylish lounge/diner. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals including electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Back into the hallway and head into the classy lounge area, with Smart TV and comfortable sofas, this truly is a delightful space to relax in with friends and family. The light and airy dining area is ideally situated whether you’re grabbing a snack or sitting down to a special meal. Heading down the hall you will come to the first of the two bedrooms, a spacious and tasteful double bedroom. Completing the first floor is the family bathroom, that offers a bath, separate shower and WC. Finally heading downstairs to the ground floor where you will find the second bedroom, a beautifully designed king-size bedroom.

To the rear of the property there is a shared garden area, with small lawn and patio area with garden furniture guests are welcome to use during their stay. There is off-road parking for two cars at the front of the property.

Loved the lounge - bright and beautifully decorated. Both bedrooms were very dark with hardly any natural light, we did not use the basement bedroom as it felt cold and damp on arrival. The mattress, pillows and bedding in the double bedroom were all in need of replacing. The external access to the apartment needs work to meet safety standards and Read morewould not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility. We were disappointed by the apartment and did not feel that it merited its 4* rating. Hide
