This property enjoys a lovely position, above the harbour in the fishing town of Brixham, with only a few minutes’ walk to Brixham marina and Harbour. Here you will discover a selection of seasonal events and attractions, together with boating and fishing trips for exploring this beautiful stretch of coastline. Brixham town boasts a good selection of restaurants and cafes, offering locally sourced menus including freshly caught seafood all year round. Days at the beach are easy to enjoy here, as there are several beaches within easy reach of the property, including the town's main Breakwater beach and St Mary's Bay and Fishcombe Cove, which are a bit futher out than the others and therefore quieter. Those wishing to get active can test out the coastal paths leading to attractions such as Berryhead National Nature Reserve or the neighbouring town of Paignton or Dartmouth.
On entering the cottage, it offers a cosy, home-from-home feel. Prepare delicious family meals in the well-equipped contemporary kitchen, which contains a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, electric oven, halogen hob and microwave. There is a separate dining room for enjoying meals together, which seats six guests and overlooks the patio through French doors.
