A well equipped property with a delightful garden, enjoying a wonderful view and peace and quiet to die for. An excellent base for both energetic walkers and birdwatchers but, also, somewhere to completely relax and unwind.

The cottage is right on the edge of the village with wonderful views out to sea, down the valley. The kitchen is well equipped, with literally everything you would have at home and more. The house was warm and spacious for the four of us staying and having the two sitting areas worked well, one for the day with the garden views and the other by thRead moree fire in the evening. With close access to the coastal path and numerous paths inland, this is a great location for walkers. The village pub is one of those traditional pubs you rarely see these days with lots of different rooms to find a cosy place to sit, recommend the landlords cider. Don't expect to eat much of a meal here, all they service are pasties, so we ventured into Corfe Castle and has a delicious meal at the Fox. Hide
