Conveniently located for a number of beaches/ coastal walks. Comfortable, spacious, well equipped. Nice garden front and back where you can catch the sun. Some noise from traffic as it's next to a minor road & also from farm machinery but not unduly disturbing.

The downstairs of this property was excellent. Often holiday cottages only have small tables but this one was a good size. Great shower downstairs.

Lovely cosy cottage that was well equipped and clean. We had a problem with the boiler but this was resolved quickly after phoning the owner. It was lovely to find milk, bread and homemade cake on arrival. The cottage is a 5 minute drive from nearby Beadnell and coast. We ed enjoyed our stay and would like to return sometime
