This wonderful detached property is a great base to enjoy with family and friends. The property has been stylishly decorated throughout.

With a host of fantastic, sandy beaches including Llangennith, Rhossili and Worms Head, Gower is an ever-popular holiday destination for walkers, cyclists and surfers. This splendid, detached property is set in the quaint village of Oldwalls. Visit Weobly Castle, a 14th century fortified manor overlooking the village, which is open to the public and a two-minute drive from the property. Also, a short drive to the bays at Oxwich, Port Eynon and Rhossili. The Gower Heritage Centre, a museum built around a 12th century watermill is a lovely day out or enjoy some retail therapy in the city. (Please check admittance for the various attractions).

Open the front door of this beautiful property into the small entrance hallway, the perfect place to kick off your walking boots. Then through to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, this spectacular space is the perfect social area to enjoy with family and friends. This space is truly unique, with it's hanging chair and bright retro décor with comfy leather sofas and Smart TV to watch all your favourite programmes. As you enter the kitchen/diner there are bi-fold doors leading to the garden and patio area, which allows the natural light to flood in. The dining area leads directly on to the kitchen area, this space boasts two electric ovens and an electric hob, dishwasher, microwave and built in coffee machine. Leading off the kitchen/diner you will find a spacious utility room home to the washing machine, separate WC and further door leading to the rear garden. To complete the ground floor you with find the second formal lounge, this cosy room is the perfect retreat to take some time out and curl up with a good book, with comfy sofa (which can be converted to a double sofa bed) TV and cosy wood burner. As you head up the L shape glass staircase to the landing you will find the sleeping quarters. The first room you will find is the spacious king-size bedroom (please note the bed is low level) with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. Next is the bathroom with bath, separate rainfall shower and WC, the perfect place to relax and unwind. Further along you will find two further spacious twin bedrooms, both of which have been tastefully decorated. To complete the first floor, you will find another king-size bedroom with large doors that allow the light to flood from your glass Juliet balcony. There is also a en-suite leading off the master bedroom with shower and WC to enjoy a hot soak after a day exploring.

Heading outside to the rear of the property there is a large enclosed garden with a patio area. The perfect space to relax and enjoy al fresco dining in the warmer months, whilst enjoying views across the Bryn in the distance. There is also an added child play area with swings and a climbing frame. There is off road private parking for 5 cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We had a great week at Seangel, lovely views and fantastic walk right from the house and only a short drive to the beach. The bedrooms were really comfortable and the kitchen had all the equipment you could want.
