Other attractions in the area include Exmoor Zoo, the National Trust property at Arlington Court, and Combe Martin Wildlife Park.

The front door opens directly into the spacious lounge, where deep sofas provide a relaxing place for guests to sit back and enjoy the TV/DVD. An archway from here leads to the country-style kitchen/diner with its beamed sloping ceiling, dining table, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Stairs from the lounge, lead to the first-floor bedrooms. The first of these is a restful double room with its own TV, whilst the second is an attractive bunk bedroom. The bathroom has a shower-over-bath and WC.
Outside, there is a garden which is accessed through the kitchen, which offers a patio with garden furniture and a BBQ, which gives way to a lawned area, where guests are able to set up sun loungers and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
