Other attractions and places of interest include Dartmoor National Park, Bodmin Moor, The Eden Project, Tamar Otter Park and Wildwood, the Camel Trail, and Launceston Steam Railway.
On entering this single-storey barn conversion, you will firstly find yourself in a spacious, light and bright lounge/kitchen/diner with a vaulted ceiling and lovely original beams. This large room provides a great flexible space for families to eat, rest and play, boasts a Smart TV and fabulous views of the countryside. The kitchen area is well-equipped and offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The rest of the accommodation is arranged on the same level, making this a great property for all ages and comprises of three beautiful bedrooms. These consist of a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with TV and en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower over bath and WC, (this can be accessed separately via the hallway). There is also two king-size bedrooms with an en-suite shower and WC.
Heading outside to a large enclosed patio area with garden furniture and gas BBQ which is provided, allowing you to make the most of this stunning location. There’s also a large garden area shared with the other properties and a play area for children where they can have fun on the trampoline.
