The area is brimming with wildlife, including deer and birds of prey, and offers the perfect base for guests wanting to get away from it all. The village pub is just down the lane, making it the ideal pit stop during long walks through the picturesque countryside. On entering this single-storey barn conversion you will find a stunning open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This is a wonderful space to relax and socialise, with its vaulted ceiling and large windows, which together give the room a fantastic light and airy feel. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A utility room is just next door and houses a washer/dryer. Each of the three bedrooms benefit from doors which open out to the garden. The first bedroom is a twin with 1920s style beds and an en-suite shower and WC, whilst the second bedroom is a double with a Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC, also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with en-suite bathroom with handheld shower over bath and WC, completing the accommodation.

Heading outside from the lounge or dining area you will find a patio with garden furniture and a BBQ, beyond here is a fully enclosed lawn with views across the surrounding countryside. There is off-road parking for two cars on the gravelled area to the side of the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely house with beautiful views. underfloor heating was great. Local pub was handy with great food (and doggy companions!) and good drinks collection. Enclosed (and so safe) garden for the dog was fabulous. Clean, spacious and relaxing.

Very light, airy and spacious cottage. Having the boot room is really useful when coming in with the dogs. Quite well equipped. Beds comfortable. 3 bathrooms very much appreciated.

Absolutely stunning property which we couldn't fault in any way, and perfect for a group of varied mobility and age. This meant that we could all truly relax and have returned home feeling like we've had a 'proper holiday'! :) Thank you so much x P.S. Milo gives it a firm 'paws up' too!
