Lovely single storey annexe with shared wooden hot tub and enclosed gardens. Perfect for couples and small families.

Set in the small fishing town of Newlyn where you will find everything you need from pubs, cafes, bars, restaurants, galleries and local shops, all within walking distance. If you enjoy walking you will find lots of fantastic walks directly from the property. It is the perfect base for exploring wider area including Mousehole, with gift shops, galleries, restaurants and a family friendly beach, The Minack Theatre which is a unique cliff-top open-air theatre, Porthcurno, Lands End, Sennen Cove and St Ives.

Enter this single storey annexe with private entrance through the porch and into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. After a busy day you can relax on the sofa (which is a clic clac sofa bed), in the front of the wood burner and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. In the kitchen area you will find it has everything you need to cook up a meal with electric oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Through to the super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) bedroom with views and a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside the property in an enclosed garden where you can enjoy al fresco dining with BBQ and garden furniture, or, sit in the beautiful shared garden area with granite standing stones, fire pit, seating and a shared wooden hot tub. Use of bikes, body boards and wet suits are available, and should you need to use a washing machine this can be arranged with the owner. There is a parking space for one car.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Standing stones is amazing and everything is there that you would need. A home from home. Ali & Steve are very welcoming and on hand if you need anything and offer ideas of places to visit. The welcome pack an added bonus and treats and towels for the dog. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The property is beautiful. As is the external space. The added bonus of the hot tub makes this perfection. Theres are bars and restaurants within walking distance and it was a fantastic based to explore Cornwall from. We would most definitely book to stay again.

Fabulous converted barn, wonderful hosts Ali and Steve, their attention to detail was perfect! Great location from which to explore the Cornwall coast, beautiful beaches are within a short driving distance, so much to see and do and not enough time to do so! Great holiday, thank you.
