This stunning property has everything you could need for a relaxing break away in Cornwall.  Located on the North coast situated between Newquay and Perranporth and close to National Trust beaches- that's if you can tear yourself away from the Hot tub.

This cottage is situated in a small hamlet just inland from the stunning north coast where the dramatic Atlantic shoreline will greet your arrival. Take a stroll around the rugged coastline since you are only 5 miles from the pretty beach at Perranporth which happens to have the only bar on the beach in Cornwall.  Or head towards Newquay with more beaches and restaurants including Jamie Oliver at Watergate Bay Beach and Rick Steins Fish & Chips at Fistral beach.  Our own Holywell Bay Beach with its endless sand dunes is only 1.5 miles away and has often been used for filming Poldark, so it is well worth to see if you can catch them filming.  Crantock Bay is 1.5 miles in the other direction, has its blue river Gannel ideal for stand up paddle boarding and Kayaking or a peaceful evening walk.  Location wise you couldn't be more central!  So many beautiful places to visit which are easily reachable for a fabulous day out.

Upon arrival, enter this reverse-level property into the entrance hall, the perfect place for all your holiday home kit from your walking boots and wellingtons to your sun hats and sandals. From the hallway, doors lead off to the bedrooms and a central staircase will lead you to the first floor where the lounge/kitchen/diner can be found. The lounge area with Smart TV and wood burner is the perfect place to relax to the crackle of the wood burner after a day of exploring before taking in your favourite movie. Patio doors from the lounge area access the balcony with rattan furniture, take time to relax in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy some al fresco dining. The kitchen area is perfect for all your holiday home cooking requirements, and for the chefs amongst you why not take some culinary inspiration from some of the local seafood on offer. The kitchen area comprises of a range style electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Heading back downstairs to the ground floor bedrooms and bathroom, you will find two doubles both with en-suite shower rooms and WC’s and doors to the enclosed patio area and two twin bedrooms. The bathroom is also located on this floor consisting of a shower over bath and WC.  Heading outside there is enclosed patio area with hot tub, BBQ, furniture and ample off-road parking.

We spent a wonderful 2weeks in Cornwall! Upon arrival Mike was great at welcoming us and directing us to the best places and pubs/ restaurants around! We will be back!!! The pictures dont do justice to the cottage!

This was a lovely Open Plan house for a family get-together, half an hour walk to lots of dog friendly beaches. It is in a quiet location on the edge of a small holiday park but dont let this put you off.The hosts are very friendly and on site if you need any help.

Holidayed mid June for a week. Lovely time, lovely place helpful hosts. The local beaches Holywell and Crantock are lovely and have a local not over developed feel too them with views to die for. 7 of us and two dogs stayed comfortably in the property which was well equipped, although some instructions for the oven may have been helpful. Stunning property in the perfect location. Could not have asked for anything more. Owners were friendly and informative without being imposing. The cottage is pristine throughout. Tastefully decorated, well equipped and perfectly maintained. Owners welcomed us with scones, jam and clotted cream- lovely touch, and when in Cornwall! Hot tub was lovelRead morey. Perfect getaway! We stayed here from 21-28 December and were greeted with a lovely Christmas tree, scones and clotted cream on arrival. First impressions of the cottage were WOW The pictures really do not do it justice. Spacious with stunning views and really well equipped. The owners are so lovely and welcoming. Cottage was impeccable. We were greeted on arrival and shown around. Everything was explained to us. It was very clean, plenty of room. The photos don't do it justice! Ideally placed for exploring - particularly close to beaches. An excellent place to get away to.
