The house was lovely, and in a gorgeous location. The nearby beach was very nice, and not too far to walk to. The local pub was handy for meals, and everyone was very friendly.

Beachside location and views from the property are amazing. The local beach is lovely with a really pretty waterfall and it is only a few minutes walk down some steps. Not much in the village apart from a pub and a small cafe/gift shop. Beautiful cliff walk to nearby village of Aberporth. The property has a well equipped kitchen. We did have some iRead moressues with the underfloor heating, the fire and the outdoor furniture but I believe the owners were planning on fixing all these after we left. Hide

This house is in a beautiful spot, with wonderful sea views but we were unable to use the garden at times due to the constant noise (drilling, angle grinding, hammering) and dust from the property immediately next door which was being renovated. Do tell the owner before you arrive, if the configuration of your group means that you need to use all tRead morehe beds otherwise they will only make up the minimum and you'll have to call them out to give you more bedding. This place has a fantastic position. Its views are amazing. Tresaith is beautiful. The house feels welcoming and homely with almost everything you need. The only downside which would stop me giving 5/5 is that the beds are standard doubles. I expect King size these days to be comfortable, especially in this kind of property for the money we paid. Very good location with views of the sea But you need to be able to walk up and down steep steps both to the cottage and the sea. No local amenities

Could not fault this Cottage. Absolutely stunning location, beautiful cottage with everything we needed for our stay there. There was 7 of us and the accommodation was plenty big enough. Great outdoor area with covered bar and bbq. Would highly recommend this cottage and would definitely go back! One of my favourites.

We had a lovely, restful holiday in this beautiful cottage. The flexibility of the accommodation suited all of us, including our dog. Really well equipped and spotlessly clean on arrival. The sunset from the terrace was the cherry on the cake. Thank you.

Stunning sea views can be enjoyed from most of the house. The garden was fantastic, we loved sitting under the cover of the bar area in the evening, listening to the sea. 2 min walk downhill to the lovely clean beach and good local pub where we had several nice meals. We saw seals and dolphins many times during the week very close to the beach. NicRead moree walk along the coastal path 1.5 miles to Aberporth. Warm welcome on arrival with welsh cakes, milk, tea and coffee. Hide
