Explore the countryside and relish local amenities on your doorstep in the attractive town of Corwen with pubs, eateries and shops. Explore historic Ruthin and Denbigh, the vibrant town of Llangollen and the market town of Oswestry, all within 15 miles offering an array of shops, restaurants and leisure activities. Further afield are Chester, Conwy and Betws-y-coed. Walk or cycle along the canal, climb in Berwyn Mountains, go fishing or whitewater rafting on the River Dee, sail on Bala Lake, ride on the steam trains and enjoy many sporting and cultural events nearby. Visit the National Trust's Chirk Castle and Erddig Castles or explore Wales' highest waterfall Pistyll Rhaeadr. Ideal location to relax or take a more active holiday.

Walk down the steps to the front door leading to galley kitchen with electric two ring hob, microwave and fridge. Down the steps you can test your skill at snooker in the games room, select a book from the library or watch a film on the TV. The lounge come games room provides space for an evening of relaxing and also entertainment. The cosy Double room is on the ground floor, offering lovely views over the hills and plenty of storage space. Up the stairs and to the right you can chose the spacious king-size bedroom with TV and large balcony with lovely views over the Dee Valley. Relax in a bubble bath in this contemporary bathroom with bath and WC. This gorgeous conversion is great for a couple or for 3 people wanting to explore the local area and embrace the fabulous views.

The garden is suitable to let your dogs roam around at the back of the property, whilst you enjoy the sun on the decked area. There is suitable parking for two cars on the gravelled area.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Lovely home, very quaint with some lovely original features. Had a great few days, kids loved the pool table. Thoroughly enjoyed our short break, very clean, and welcoming.
