This spacious attic style apartment is light and airy and has been decorated in a contemporary style with modern facilities, providing home-from-home accommodation in an unbeatable seaside location at Camber Sands.

Just a few minutes’ walk from Camber Sands beach, you can enjoy fun-filled days out by the sea without even getting into your car. For a more secluded and slightly rugged beach, nearby Pett Level is a great choice for dog walks while hours of retail therapy can be enjoyed at medieval Rye, which is only three miles away.

The apartment opens into a spacious lounge/diner, which has been decorated with soft pastels, comfortable leather sofas and pretty seascapes. The large solid oak dining table seats six, while the Juliet balcony and feature floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with plenty of natural light. The kitchen has oak units, an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The master bedroom has built-in tripe wardrobes, a chest of drawers and king-sized double bed. There is also a DAB radio and TV in this room, ideal for a lazy morning in bed. The second bedroom has two zip link beds that can join to form another king-sized bed. The bedrooms share a clean and bright bathroom with an overhead power shower.

Outside, there is a small, secure fully enclosed decked garden. This has been built with tall fences for ultimate privacy and is a fantastic secluded spot for enjoying a summer BBQ after a long day at the beach or a morning coffee while planning the day ahead.


Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The holiday property was nice. Very quiet. We did go out of season. There was nothing locally this time of year (September) though the beach was in easy reach and beautiful

We were very impressed. Fully equipped kitchen , plenty of towels, just a lovely place to stay. There wasn't a thing we needed, the cake and biscuits that were left was a nice touch.

Easy to fing using directions as supplied. Easy to park. Easy to access. Narrow stairs and quite steep, so no biddies I reckon. Location is great. Facilities in the property suitable. Very comfortable and peaceful. Looked like end of season condition but it no way spoiled our stay. Kids seem to enjoy their time...on their phones. Great accommodation. Spacious, good furniture, large TV, excellent WiFi. Only downside: Some of the kitchen equipment not really clean. Some stains on china and my wife wouldn't use the pan. Hence 4 stars iso 5. Location is personal preference. This one is walking distance from the beach, cul-de-sac, quiet, nice surroundings, not many shops availabRead morele in Camber, but supermarket within 20 min drive time. Acceptable. Super wide beach. Lots of stuff to explore in the area. Hide
