Hawkshead is a lovely quiet location. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped. There was a welcome pack on arrival with tea, coffee etc which was most appreciated. We unfortunately had an emergency at the cottage during our stay and could not thank the staff at Holiday Cottages enough for their concern and support.

Great week away at the briers. Good location with only a 15min walk into Hawkshead village itself, which was very pricey for parking. The house itself had all essentials you could want and was very clean on arrival. Plenty of room for a party of 4 adults and 2 older children. Parking outside of the house for 2 cars.
