Situated on the owners' working farm, this delightful barn conversion is just 1 mile from the centre of Hornsea, making it the perfect base for a romantic getaway.

Nestled on the owners' farm, forming one of two single-storey barn conversions, this stylish property is centrally located for exploring all that East Yorkshire has to offer. The old Victorian resort of Hornsea is just 1 mile away and offers long sandy beaches and an attractive promenade with well-kept gardens. Hornsea Freeport is popular for shopping and Bempton Cliffs RSPB reserve, offering one of the largest mainland puffin populations in Britain, is just 19 miles away. The area is a paradise for anyone who enjoys the outdoors with many walks and cycle trails straight from the doorstep and the Wolds Way is a 30-mile drive away. Spend a day visiting the nearby market town of Beverley (14 miles).

Upon entering you are greeted by a snug open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, stylishly furnished to give a homely feel. Cosy up on the sofa and watch a movie on the smart TV or rustle up a romantic meal in the kitchen area, well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Really lovely little cottage! Very well presented and equipped, spotlessly clean. Welcome pack was much appreciated as theres nothing like a cup of tea when you arrive! A nice little garden though big enough for our GSD. Theres a stable yard just over the garden fence and it was lovely to sit out and hear the horses, though they were very quiet at Read morenight and didnt disturb us once! The parking is very good, if you need a disabled parking space you wont be disappointed! Plenty of room! Hide

It was slightly smaller than I expected, but still lovely, well equipped and clean. We enjoyed our break in Hornsea.

Very enjoyable stay in a well presented and clean cottage. Welcome provisions provided were very well received, especially for the dog.
