A thoughtfully converted coach house, offering single-storey accommodation and excellent shared facilities - a perfect base to explore the Norfolk Broads and coastline.

This property is located in a rural area of Norfolk, surrounded by small villages and hamlets, making it an ideal spot for those who enjoy cycling or walking. Set halfway between the coast and the city of Norwich, it is ideally situated for exploring beaches, countryside, and city. Norwich can be found twelve miles south of the property and is an interesting place for a day trip, offering a good range of shops, galleries, and restaurants, as well as the impressive gothic cathedral and 12th century castle. Around 14 miles to the west of the property, meanwhile, is the town of Wroxham, the gateway to the Norfolk Broads from where visitors can hire boats and enjoy a leisurely day of cruising the tranquil waters. For relaxing days at the beach, Cromer is a wonderful seaside town with a sandy beach and many independent restaurants and, is situated 18 miles north of the property.

Approaching this property from the attractive shared courtyard, one step leads up to the front door which opens onto the property’s hallway, off from which the kitchen/diner is situated. This room, with its quarry tiled floor and marble-topped dining table has been well equipped and offers an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. For those who need to do laundry whilst away there is a separate shared utility area with a coin-op washing machine and tumble dryer. Double doors from the kitchen open into the lounge, a relaxing space with a barrel-arched ceiling, a piano, a TV/DVD, and CD player, as well as two sofas, one of which is a sofa-bed which can accommodate two extra guests by prior arrangement. Across the hallway from the kitchen, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom offering a shower-over-bath and WC. The first bedroom is a cosy double room, whilst the second is a restful twin room.

The property enjoys a private garden for which there is garden furniture supplied, providing guests with an ideal spot for enjoying alfresco dining. In addition to this there is a fabulous indoor swimming pool which is shared with the three neighbouring properties and is fed by natural spring water. There is also shared games room with table tennis, a pool table, and a children’s play area.
