Alternatively, head further along the coast on either the Cornish or Devon side and explore the rugged coastline and numerous picturesque fishing villages such as Hartland, Clovelly, Boscastle and Port Isaac. Other attractions accessible from here include Trethorne Leisure Park and Tamar Lakes offering a wealth of water sports, superb fishing and great walks.

A step down to the slate floored hallway, ideal for boots and coats leads to the staircase which rises to the two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. One king-size and one twin, with furnishings and décor in shades of grey. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom with bath, seperate shower and WC.
Outside there is a lovely private garden area with garden furniture, creating a perfect venue for alfresco dining and with a charcoal BBQ. Further to this, stroll out and explore the land and views. There is off-road parking for two cars. Guests have access to a shared laundry room with tumble drier which also provides secure storage for wet suits surfboards, bikes etc.
