Just a short drive from the beautiful coastal resorts of Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe, this is an area where there is much to see and do. The coastal villages and towns of Ifracombe, Lynton and Lynmouth are well worth a visit, with their traditional harbours and opportunities for fishing trips. You could take a day trip to Lundy Island, or visit the regional town of Barnstaple which is close by and has a range of leisure facilities including a swimming pool, tennis courts and a cinema. Other attractions include the National Trust's Arlington Court, Broomhill Arts and Sculpture Gardens, Marwood Hill Gardens, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle and Exmoor National Park, famed for its beauty and wildlife.

On entering this charming single-level cottage you will find yourself in the attractive and welcoming lounge. This lovely cosy room is ideal for relaxing in, with a TV/DVD, hi-fi and traditional wood burner (first basket of logs included and further supplies can be purchased on site). Moving into the elegant kitchen/diner, you will find an ideally situated dining area, and a kitchen which is equipped with everything you may need including an electric fan oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Exploring further, you will find three comfortable bedrooms. There’s a master double with an en-suite wetroom-style shower room complete with WC, a further double with an en-suite shower room and WC, and a twin room with en-suite shower room with WC.

Stepping outside, you can relax in the private enclosed patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. There is also a lawn, shared with the other properties on-site, with garden games, and an enclosed lakeside seating area (please ensure children are supervised in this area), with picnic benches, as well as a large field to the rear of the property, perfect for an easy stroll. The cottage was in a ideal situation for visiting surrounding attractions. It was clean and comfortable. Was great for my 94 year old Mother as it was all on one level with accessible wet room.

This property was ideal for myself, husband, son, disabled daughter and my parents. The kitchen was big enough for my daughter's wheelchair and our shower room big enough for her portable changing table. The lounge area was a comfortable size for us all to relax in, bedrooms were of a good size considering they all had their own bathrooms.
