The sandy beaches at Skegness can be easily reached for a day at the seaside and indulge in some traditional fish and chips. Cadwell Park Circuit is a short drive away from the property, as are the market towns of Louth, Horncastle and Market Rasen, also well known for its racecourse and is also worth a visit.

Enjoy some time relaxing by the private lake watching the wildlife or try your hand at fly-fishing, also you can play a game of tennis on the shared tennis courts. There is ample off-road parking.
Due to the current situation there may be some restrictions in place with the tennis courts, the owner is carrying out her own risk assessment. to ensure guests can enjoy a game of tennis, which can be pre booked with the owner during your stay.
