Ideally situated overlooking the quayside in a traditional Northumberland fishing village, this beautiful property offers stunning panoramic views across to the Farne Islands and Bamburgh Castle.

The bustling village of Seahouses offers a glorious beach, vibrant harbour and a variety of pubs, restaurants, shops, cafes and leisure facilities including crazy golf and amusement arcades, and is ideal for fishing, long walks and observing sea life. You can enjoy a boat trip to the bird sanctuaries of the Farne Islands, home to a range of wildlife, including grey seals and an array of bird species including puffins. From Seahouses you can take the spectacular coastal path down to the picturesque village of Bamburgh, with its magnificent castle, glorious beach and the RNLI Grace Darling Museum. You can also visit the historic Holy Island of Lindisfarne. Also nearby are Alnwick, Warkworth, Dunstanburgh and the beautiful bay at Beadnell.

Access to this lovely maisonette is via the integral garage and through a door into the kitchen. On entering this delightful property, head up to the first floor where you will find the bright, attractive and tastefully furnished lounge. With a fantastic panoramic view of the harbour from the Juliet balcony and patio doors, the lounge is an ideal space to relax in, with plenty of comfy seating, coal effect electric fire, TV, DVD and CD. Heading back down to the ground floor you will find the spacious and inviting kitchen/diner. Here you will find a charming dining area with seating for up to six guests, and the attractively designed kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Exploring this delightful property further you will find two cosy bedrooms. There’s a double bedroom and a twin room. You will also find a bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC.

From the kitchen a door leads out to a small enclosed patio area with a garden bench. There is parking available for one car inside the integral garage.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

This is a fantastic apartment with superb views over the harbour, enhanced because of the sitting room upstairs. It was spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for the holiday. The cottage is ideally situated being within walking distance of all day and evening amenities. The garage parking is a definite bonus. We did not have a dog with us but the property is very suitable for dog owners. The cottage is comfortably furnished. With a little more attention to detail I would give it 5 stars.

This property is ideally situated in Seahouses, close to all the pubs and amenities and only a few minutes from the boat tours to Farnes which is a must if you like wildlife.
