Nestled in an idyllic location in the pretty hamlet of Abercrombie in the renowned East Neuk of Fife. Close to the historic picturesque fishing village of St Monans and the bustling coastal towns of Anstruther with fascinating Scottish Fisheries Museum and world-famous St Andrews (the home of golf) with an impressive 50 golf courses within easy touring distance. The Fife coastal path offers excellent walking, cycling and mountain biking routes with wonderful sandy beaches to explore. Water sports enthusiasts will be delighted with Ellie water sports and fishermen are well catered for with nearby sea and river fishing. Take a boat tour and visit the stunning Isle of May or visit Kellie Castle, Eden Mill, Kingsbarns and Scottish Deer Centre.

Step inside this stylish contemporary detached house where you will find a quirky heated shoe box ideal for drying your hiking boots and golf shoes. Move through into the light and bright open-plan living area. Relax in the comfortable lounge after a day out exploring this area of outstanding natural beauty and enjoy a great movie on the impressive 70-inch Smart TV with sound bar and full HD Sky package including Sky Sports. I had a lovely holiday at The Garden House. Owners were really helpful with great ideas of where to visit without being intrusive. Great walks for the dog as well.

The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed the interior had been done to a very high spec. The owners Tina and Mervyn are very nice and helpful and provided a lovely welcome pack for us on arrival. First class.

The Garden House is a beautiful place to stay ,well equipped to a very high standard ,the owners could not be more helpful, and if there is a problem they will solve it with a smile

An excellent comfortable stay in a nice quiet rural setting, only minutes away from the amenities. Although we do not play golf, there are a huge number of courses locally and the cottage has a specific warm 'box' for drying shoes, which has to be a bonus. It's useful if you get wet feet on one of the many local sandy beaches too

We made a last minute booking here to break up our journey to Nairn and it was well worth it! The accommodation and attention to detail was outstanding and well worthy of 5 stars. Mervyn and Tina were very welcoming and the basket of goodies was well received. We had 3 very relaxing days and restful nights and we're sad to leave.

We had a wonderful stay at The Garden House. The accommodation was perfect in every way. Clean , comfortable , well equipped and in the most beautiful surroundings. We were accompanied by our lovely little Maisie ( dog ) who loved it too and felt very at home. Glorious attention to detail and decorated and furnished to the highest standard.
