Drive up the private road to this Georgian house. Walk through the inviting porch with space for shoes and coats and explore this three-storey property. The property is full of tiled floors, sanded floors, wood panelling, feature fireplaces, high ceilings and interesting artwork throughout. To your right is the fabulous dining room with feature fireplace housing a wood burner and a large dining table with space for everyone to sit comfortably and enjoy a lovely meal whilst embracing the stunning views over the Conwy Valley. Continue through to the spacious kitchen with all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal including electric Range oven and gas hob, American style fridge/freezer with cold water and ice dispensers, microwave and dishwasher. Relax at the kitchen table and peruse the cookery books over a coffee. You will find the washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. After dinner make yourselves at home in the elegant lounge where you will find a range of comfortable seating surrounding the open fire or walk through to second lounge with Smart TV and wood burner. Guests staying at the property have access to an enclosed courtyard to the rear of the property with private hot tub and can enjoy the well-maintained gardens to the front of the property, ideal for alfresco drinks or dining with the BBQ, and to embrace the wonderful views from sunrise to sunset.
