This awesome themed property sits in the beautiful North Devon Village of Abbotsham and an ideal place for friends and families to enjoy a rural retreat. Relax, unwind and immerse yourself in the tranquillity of the surroundings, plenty of walks on your doorstep and the breath-taking coastline is close by. Take a stroll to the thatched village pub where you can enjoy food and a warm atmosphere, for those searching for a longer walk why not walk part of the South West Coastal Path, or families can enjoy the many attractions close by offering fun for all.

This delightful property is arranged over one-level and has been created offering rounded walls, exposed brickwork and an overall welcoming feel. Each room has been styled to mimic themes from the fantasy film series "The Hobbit". On stepping through the circular door you are greeted by an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and freezer and ample of room for boots and coats. The dining area sits four comfortably and the lounge area has comfy seating and a wood burner, perfect for watching a film on the Smart TV. The two bedrooms both with TV's are situated at either end of the property and consist of a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) and ample room for a travel cot and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. The second bedroom is a double with en-suite shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside the property is an enclosed garden with patio garden furniture, charcoal BBQ and your own private hot tub, perfect to sit and relax after a busy day and enjoy views across open countryside, the driveway leads to the off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
