This mid terrace property is in the heart of a popular seaside holiday park near Filey and is ideal for families and couples providing the perfect base to explore the Yorkshire coast.

The village has something for everyone, leisurely swimming, use of on-site gym and spa or simply relax in the pub after a stroll along the beach. In nearby Filey visit Playdale Farm or bird garden and animal park or visit the museum to transport you back in time. See the rugged Yorkshire coastline or venture inland to explore the heather topped North York Moors, Whitby for its’ gothic and historic connections and boat trips or Scarborough for an abundance of family attractions such as Alpine themed water park and miniature railway. Leisure facilities: shared facilities including spa, gym, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, children’s playground and football pitch and lake fishing (subject to a licence).

Upon entering this holiday home, you will be welcomed into the lounge which has comfortable seating, TV, DVD and patio doors which lead into the shared garden area. The modern kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a very handy cloakroom WC on the ground floor. Heading upstairs, where the bedrooms can be located, there is a double bedroom with a wonderful Juliet balcony and twin bedroom with one 6'3" long bed and one 5'9" long bed. The bathroom can also be located on the first floor and benefits from a shower over the bath and WC. Outside, there is a patio area with seating and a shared garden. There is ample parking available.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

This cottage was well situated next to facility's and just a short walk from the beach so ideal for dogs and for kids , swimming pool was nice and the pub pleasant . Will probably be back next year.

Ok as a base but wouldnt go if youre wanting family nights in. Sofa is tiny and quite uncomfortable. Housekeeping before our stay seemed as if it had been rushed, but they had left dog treats for our pup which was a nice touch.
