A charming, detached cottage located in a splendid private position of a wonderful country estate, close to the historic town of Kirriemuir and the bonnie Angus Glens.

It’s located within 1 mile of the historic town of Kirriemuir, the birthplace of J M Barrie, author of Peter Pan, and Bon Scott of the rock group ACDC. It’s also perfectly positioned close to the southern fringes of the Cairngorms National Park with the stunning Angus Glens of Isla, Clova and Prosen to explore, perfect for all outdoor pursuits. Visit Loch Kinnordy, a wonderful RSPB reserve, the spectacular waterfall at Reekie Linn and Glamis Castle, the ancestral home of the Queen Mother. Golfers can enjoy several fantastic local and links courses including Kirriemuir, Forfar, Rosemount, Alyth, Blairgowrie and the championship course at Carnoustie.
