This pretty property nestles in a unique setting on a four acre estate in the heart of the Victorian coastal town of Ilfracombe, alongside the stunning Georgian Manor which is an up-market wedding venue.

Alternatively jump in the car and visit the spectacular world famous surfing beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe, as well as some lovely sheltered coves and picturesque fishing villages such as Combe Martin and Lee Bay. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy some great walks, accompanied by stunning scenery, along the South West Coast Path and on nearby Exmoor. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Lynton and Lynmouth with their water powered cliff-top railway, Watermouth Castle, Valley of the Rocks, National Trust Arlington Court, and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park.
