Located amidst peaceful countryside, just a short drive from Newtown, This delightful first floor apartment, has outstanding views across the beautiful Mid Wales landscape. This is the perfect location for exploring on foot, bicycle or car with a fine selection of footpaths and peaceful country lanes from the doorstep. The Glyndwr's Way national walking trail passes close by and there are wonderful walking opportunities in the Radnorshire hills, Cambrian mountains and the Brecon Beacons.Both Newtown and Llandrindod Wells offer an a selection of shops, pubs and restaurants along with museums and visitor attractions.

Stone steps meander up from the parking area to the first floor entrance, where you will be greeted with wonderful views. As you enter into the hall way passing the cosy double bedroom, well presented bunk bedroom and the shower room with shower and WC, the hallway opens out into a light filled open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with comfortable seating surrounding the TV and dining table for four. The kitchen area is perfect for preparing fabulous meals, with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Outside there is a spacious roof terrace and lawn garden with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ perfect for al fresco dinning. There is parking for two cars and please note this property has a private water supply.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
