Huge property for big groups and the sleeping arrangements mean that there are at least two double bedrooms well away from any noise in the living room and games room. Nice lawned garden at the front and a more cosy courtyard in the back. Close enough to the A47 for convenience but not too close so there is very little road noise.

What a fantastic property! We had such a great time. Comfortably accommodated 12 people. This is exactly what we wanted. Very clean and the pool table well looked after.

We are a diverse family group but there was something for all to do within the Old Barn on a drizzly autumn day. There is plenty of nearby places to visit,in particular the local Water Gardens, we didnt travel more than 12 miles on any of our trips out. Well be back.

Fabulous , out of the way, large property in beautiful rural area. Ideal for a big group. Enough room to feel one has some privacy from others but not too big that you feel isolated at all. The games room was excellent for gathering all ages together.

A beautiful and spacious property with loads of original features and modern fittings. Plenty of room to have your own space and chill as well as come together to enjoy meal times and activities in the game room. Owner gave us lots of information and advice on our stay and was very proactive when we had some questions. Thoroughly recommend!

This is an ideal property for large groups with various self contained areas. The games room is a big hit and the courtyard a real sun trap. Comfortable beds and bedding and soft towels in all rooms make for a very pleasant stay. Good walking from the door and not far in the car to the Broads and Norfolk Coast.
