The one of a kind listing offers two properties as one. The conservatory is a lovely space to relax in whilst embracing the most stunning of views over the town towards the rolling Dee Valley countryside. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, one super-king-size (zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with TV, and one double with TV and a twin, all with comfortable mattresses, soft linen and designed to enhance a good nights sleep. Take an invigorating shower in the lovely shower room with shower and WC. This property also benefits from a further two bedrooms and the fabulous games room accessed from the back of the house. Walk through the garden and round to the back door leading into a second galley kitchen, perfect for quick refreshments with electric two ring hob, microwave and fridge. Down the steps you can test your skill at snooker in the games room, select a book from the library or watch a film on the TV. Upstairs you can choose from the double room with TV and balcony or the spacious king-size bedroom with TV and large balcony with lovely views over the Dee Valley. Relax in a bubble bath in this contemporary bathroom with bath and WC. This unique layout is perfect for families to enjoy time together, play games or find a peaceful spot to lose themselves in a good book and embrace the fabulous views.

The front garden starts with pretty borders and specimen trees with paved paths round to the lawn and the decked sun terrace with table, chairs and gas BBQ. The farm house was incredibly well equipped. Really everything you might need was provided which is brilliant. A really cosy and warm place with very comfy beds and lovely hot/ powerful showers

Lovely property and location! Great to be surrounded by the countryside and very close to the local pub. The barn was gorgeous and the boys loved the games room for playing pool. Overall a great place for a relaxing family holiday!
