Deceptively spacious inside, this charming cottage combines fresh contemporary decor with interesting original features throughout, including exposed ceiling beams, an inglenook fireplace and flagstone floors.
On the ground floor, a farmhouse-style kitchen/diner offers plenty of space for many hands to make light work. Here you will find an oven, halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher and dining table, while a separate utility room (accessed via a step) houses the fridge with ice compartment, freezer and washing machine. There is also a shower room with WC just off the utility area. After your meals, take to the lounge to relax on one of the comfortable sofas and enjoy the TV/DVD. With exposed beams above and a large stone inglenook fireplace, this is a cosy and inviting room with plenty of character. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, one spacious king (accessed via two steps down) and one twin. Both bedrooms benefit from charming sash windows, uneven ceilings and share a bathroom with WC on the first floor and a shower room with WC on the ground floor.
Step outside to find an enclosed rear terraced garden with seating, ideal for al fresco dining during the summer months. The neighbouring property has right of access through the garden.
