From here, enter the delightful cottage style kitchen, presented in a quirky rustic style with handcrafted cupboards and offers a Belfast sink, gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Completing the offering on the ground floor is a separate WC. Venturing up the stairs and onto the first floor you will discover the delightful bedrooms, all boasting lovely low level vaulted windows and original beams. These comprise of a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request), a twin bedroom with TV/DVD, and lastly a beautifully presented double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and WC. A spacious bathroom with shower over bath and WC completes the property.

Venturing outside, a fabulous enclosed south-facing garden is located to the rear of the property and boasts a lawn, patio area, garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. Alongside this there is a useful garage which provides storage for outdoor equipment and bikes, and a tumble dryer. Parking for two cars is available directly outside of the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Olde Sunday School. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable and homely. Would definitely recommend for families with young children. Our dog also loved the cottage! Good showers and comfortable beds plus a great location to explore Newquay and also the rest of Cornwall relatively easily. We couldnt rate this cottage more highly! The owners had gone above and beyond to provide extra touches which makes this such a perfect holiday venue. We appreciated the welcome homemade scones plus cream tea provided, the back garden (secure for dogs),well resourced kitchen and all other areas, the comfortable and roomy bedrooms and living areas. Wonderful cottage, easily accommodating the 5of us adults with a single bed left over in the twin room- as well as two border collies! Perfectly located to travel around cornwall, 4miles each way from Perranporth and Newquay and close to some beautiful beaches! A great escape- we will definitely book here again!!
