A delightful detached coastal home within walking distance of Minehead’s golden, sandy beach and golf course.

Located on a private lane which backs onto Minehead and the West Somerset golf club. It’s a level walk to the heart of the town, providing an excellent base for a family holiday. Here you’ll find shops, pubs and restaurants as well as the expansive sandy beach and you are just a short stroll to Butlins too. Walkers will be spoilt for choice, with Exmoor National Park, The Quantocks and the South West Coast Path all close by. Also just a short drive away are the quaint village of Porlock and the famous medieval town of Dunster, as well as Lynton and Lynmouth. And no trip to the area is complete without a visit to the West Somerset Steam Railway.

Upon entering the beautiful single storey accommodation, you are greeted with a light and airy lounge, which looks out onto the cottage style garden. In the summer you can open the french doors to let the outside in, or in the cooler months snuggle up on the comfy sofa's and watch the seasons change in front of the wood burner. You can also enjoy watching your favourite programme on the Freeview TV. From here head into the second lounge with Freeview TV where children can play, or you can curl up with your favourite book, there are french doors opening into the garden. From the lounge enter into the well-equipped kitchen/diner perfectly equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer, great for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. There are three immaculate bedrooms all with Freeview TV's, a super-king-size (which can be made up as a twin upon request) with the added benefit of an en-suite shower and WC and french doors opening into an enclosed sun-trapped courtyard with seating. There is another super-king-size bedroom (with zip-and-link bed which can be made a twin upon request) and a twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request), which also has doors opening into the enclosed garden. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC.

Venturing outside there is a good sized enclosed garden with pretty raised beds and a water feature, there is a raised pathway which overlooks the golf course and beyond. There is also a decked veranda and a patio with seating and a gas BBQ making it a perfect spot to enjoy a BBQ, or a place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. There is also ample off-road parking.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
