Located in a secluded setting just inside the entrance of a private drive and a mile uphill from the unspoilt sandy beach at Crackington Haven, the immediate area has much to offer. Walkers can enjoy the glorious South West Coast Path which is easily accessible from here and offers magnificent views of the North Cornish coastline, and nearby Bude boasts more beaches, a selection of shops, supermarkets, and canal walks. A small but perfectly formed kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Heading to the rear of the property the beautifully presented bedroom area is located and this comprises a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Venturing outside via the patio doors from the lounge, a delightful, enclosed, gravelled courtyard with BBQ waits to be enjoyed. Beautiful views from this lovely property, we were surprised that it was larger than we thought from the pictures, fabulous decking area to sit on with well thought out lighting in the evenings. Well equipped and in an ideal position to explore this beautiful area.
