This fabulously presented Victorian townhouse is conveniently located in the popular coastal town of Newquay, close to a choice of beaches and provides a relaxing base for families and couples alike.

Nestling in the heart of Newquay, you will find some of the country's finest beaches, including Fistral which annually hosts world renowned Boardmasters, within an easy stride of your front door. The town centre is also just a short walk away and offers a vast selection of shops, restaurants and pubs to suit all tastes. Visit some of the town's all year-round attractions including Newquay Zoo, Waterworld, the Blue Reef Aquarium and Dairyland. Alternatively, head out on the Atlantic Highway and a short drive will take you to Watergate Bay, popular with surfers and kite surfers and home to Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall restaurant. Other attractions and places of interest close by include the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Boscastle, Port Issac and Padstow.

Stepping into this stunning property, a beautifully tiled period hallway firstly leads through to the spacious lounge/diner with a lovely bay window offering sea views. Here cosy sofas sit in fount of an open fire and Smart TV with DVD, there is also a useful sofa bed that can be used to accommodate two additional guests. The welcoming dining area provides a perfect place to enjoy a meal while reminiscing about the days activities. From here, head towards the rear of the property and into the delightful kitchen/breakfast room with wood burner and a door to outside. This part of the property is also very well-equipped and offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a useful additional WC on the ground floor. Heading up the stairs and onto the split-level first floor, you will then discover the pretty bedrooms. There are two super-king-size zip-and-link rooms (which can be made up as a twin on request, please advise at time of booking), one of these boasts fabulous views across the town towards the sea, and there is a further double bedroom. There is also a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, on this floor. Venturing higher and into the delightful top floor attic room, you will find another bedroom, this time a king-size, with TV, en-suite shower room with shower and WC, and again lovely sea views from the Velux window.

Outside of the property and to the rear, there is a fabulous tiered enclosed garden with lawn, decked patio area, garden furniture and BBQ, providing a perfect venue for al fresco dining or just relaxation. There is off-road parking for two cars provided directly to the front of the property, and further parking is available in the nearby public car parks.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

This is a wonderful house to stay in at a fantastic location. Clean, tidy and dog friendly with a well equipped kitchen. We couldnt have asked for more.
