There are miles of walks to be enjoyed directly from the property which meander through a rural landscape teeming with wildlife. Local wildlife safaris can be arranged prior to your stay which is a fantastic way of discovering all that Somerset has to offer. The central location makes it perfect for visiting both coastlines including pretty Watchet and Blue Anchor Bay to the North and the popular seaside towns of Seaton, Lyme Regis and Sidmouth to the South.

Step into the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with apex ceilings, beautiful exposed beams, oak flooring and wood burner, a perfect place for a quiet, or romantic break away. Settle in for a snug evening with a feast, a bottle of wine and a film on the Smart TV. The perfectly equipped kitchen has an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine it is a great space for cooking lazy breakfasts or trying out new recipes. Completing the accommodation is a king-size bedroom with an exposed stone wall, which is all part of the charm and character of this conversion. Sleep tight with your faces glowing from a day exploring the wonderful countryside. The shower room can be found next door with a shower and WC.
