Nestled in the quiet coastal village of Pendine, this beachfront apartment is perfect for a family getaway, including those with four legs.

Pendine is a coastal village on Carmarthen Bay. A short drive away, visit Laugharne and see Dylan Thomas' Boathouse and the castle, or spend a few hours in the beautiful Colby Woodland Garden. Thrill-seekers can head to Morfa Bay Adventure for quad biking, abseiling, caving, coasteering, gorge walking, mountain biking and land yachting. Take in beautiful Pendine from horseback with Marros Riding Centre, offering beach and woodland rides for individuals, families and groups. For bustling shops, restaurants and cafes, visit the harbour town of Tenby, or head to Carmarthen for a wealth of contemporary culture, shopping gems and a vibrant foodie scene.

Access to the property is via a shared entrance, with stairs leading to the first floor where the apartment is located. Upon entering the apartment, you’ll step into a welcoming entrance hall leading to an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, three bedrooms and a bathroom. In the lounge area, there are comfortable sofas that make for a peaceful place to relax and watch your favourite TV programmes or admire the outstanding views over the beach through the patio doors. The dining area has a small table, while the compact kitchen area is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There are three bedrooms: one king-size, one double and one single, all with fantastic beach views. Completing the accommodation is a well-equipped bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

There is allocated parking for one car at the rear of the property in the car park.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
