The cottage location is beautiful, most of the time we had the cows directly opposite in the field with one bull that was very entertaining to watch and loved their inquisitive behaviour. Its a long way from amenities but we didnt mind that however no local pub. Very good WiFi and smart TV. Kitchen tired and dirty in areas, mould behind wine coolerRead more that didnt work and fridge needs replacing, overall the property needs a good spring clean. The hot tub has a leak needs filling after every use. Hide

Really comfortable cottage with beautiful gardens, plenty of space for the dogs. There is everything you need in this cottage and it has a homely feel to it. We visited Louth for groceries and a takeaway, Lincoln, Gunby Hall , Hubbards Hill and had a few trips to the coast. Perfect dog holiday :)

This is a very sweet old fashioned cottage with comfortable beds and sofas and a large TV. The garden is dog proof which was a big plus for us with a small Jack Russell. The location is great with lovely walks in the country. We both found our stay very relaxing. Louth is a lovely old market town nearby and well worth a visit together with MablethoRead morerpe beach and Hubbard's Hills. Hide

Nice quiet rural location with friendly neighbours. The nearest places for eating were in Louth, so be prepared to have to drive for anything you need.

We had a great stay at the cottage, which was well-equipped, clean and a good size. Very dog-friendly e.g. several throws for the furniture, poo bags, and an enclosed garden (with a good height hedge). Nice walks from the door and from nearby Louth, and lots to see and do in the local area (and beaches are quite close). We would recommend this as aRead more good place to stay, and would return if we were in the area. Hide
