Location is stunning. We happily sat on that balcony watching the sea change on sunny mornings, wrapped up in a near-gale, and every weather in between. But the property is mis-described. We booked a property with three en-suite bedrooms, each (apparently!) with shower and bath. We got a property with three bedrooms, one bath, and two showers. And Read morethere's a boat filling more than half of the parking bays, which (apparently!) no one can trace an owner for. Hide

The location and view from the balcony is unsurpassed. The airy feel to the loft was very modern and contemporary. However, the property is sold as high spec / luxurious and unfortunately it has not been maintained as such. Wifi appalling (non existent), car park space had a boat in it, anything needing a battery or bulb was likely to not work, towRead moreel rails / urinal did not work, blinds did not shut in one of the rooms, showers leak into the bedrooms, freezer and dishwasher not working in part. Fabulously located modern smart apartment with stunning views of the Northumberland coast. Very comfortable open plan apartment with comfy bedrooms all with en suite. We had a very relaxing week exploring Northumberland from this lovely base

Spacious apartment with all amenities you could ask for with amazing views over the sea and estuary. Even though on top floor the lift makes it handy for moving bags in and out of the appartment
