A lovingly restored stone cottage set in an elevated location with far reaching views across to the Welsh Mountains, simply perfect for family and friends whatever the time of year.

This established farm enjoys an elevated location on the fringes of the peaceful hamlet of Llangarron, a perfect base for those wanting to getaway from day to day life. Within easy reach of both the Wye Valley and Royal Forest of Dean with outdoor activities. Offering easy access to both riverside towns of Ross-on-Wye, the birthplace of modern tourism with its 17th century market house, and Monmouth the birth place of Henry V. Visit Goodrich Castle, established in 1095 set majestically within a wooded hill, and the spectacular views from Symonds Yat Rock are not to be missed. Spend a day kayaking down the River Wye or have a day out at Eastnor Castle full of fun activities for the family. Herefordshire is a great place for those food lovers with lots of lovely gourmet pubs just a short drive away, and the Abergavenny Food Festival.

Take the track across the meadow where you will see the first glimpse of the cottage through the weeping willow. Enjoy the fabulous views across the countryside before you enter through the utility room, a great space to kick off and dry your muddy walking boots, equipped with both washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. This area opens into the kitchen/diner, beautifully finished with a handcrafted solid kitchen with wooden work tops and well-equipped to test the best of chefs with an electric Range oven and hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Watch the sunset over the Welsh Mountains from the adjoining conservatory with its comfy chairs and cosy throws, perfect for summer or winter evenings alike.
