After a full day out return to this fantastic residence and choose where to relax, maybe with a few drinks around the handcrafted dining table, on the comfortable sofas in the lounge, watch the Smart TV and light the wood burner for cosy nights in. Or head upstairs to the cinema room with projector, Smart TV, Bose sound system and reclining cinema chairs. When ready to retire choose from five wonderful bedrooms: on the ground floor, there’s the king-size zip-and-link (which can be 2’6” twin on request) with Smart TV and stylish en-suite wet-room with shower and WC, two double bedrooms both with elegant en-suite shower rooms with WCs. Wander up the bespoke oak staircase to the library landing with two comfortable sofas and fabulous views, here you will find a further two bedrooms. The property sits proudly in the large garden surrounded by fields and rolling countryside. Relax in the hot tub, enjoy feature lighting all around the house, alfresco dining is a real treat on the large patio with humongous table and chairs. You will also find the games room here with a pool table, darts board, drinks fridge and racks for your bicycles. You are welcome to explore the two-acre site with a wildflower meadow. The garden is enclosed and dog friendly. There is ample parking at the property for six cars, and space for kayaks and paddleboards.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

The house is beautiful, well equipped, clean and spacious. We had a lovely 2 night break over the weekend. We bumped into the housekeepers who were lovely and friendly.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Ty Rhos Newydd. The house was immaculate and beautifully designed and decorated. It was a very relaxing environment for all the family.

An absolutely stunning house in an isolated and peaceful place. Well equipped and spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. It was down a long track road but once we arrived we loved it. Superb modern house with excellent facilities. All bedrooms ensuite which is a bonus with young children. Hot tub, games room and cinema room were well used. Slightly isolated, about 15mins drive to Moelfre and Benllech.

Ty Rhos Newydd is simply stunning. It is set in a very peaceful location about 10 mins drive from the main road near Dulas. All rooms were tastefully decorated. It was great to have the cinema room and a games room for those days when the weather wasnt great or for relaxing in after dinner.
