A short drive will bring you to an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where excellent walks and traditional English pubs are waiting to be discovered.

There are stone steps doing down from the road to the property on the lower ground floor. There is a spacious carpeted hall to leave your coats and shoes, with a cloakroom and wc. The king-size bedroom is elegant and bright with window shutters, a cast iron bed and French style armoire. The contemporary bathroom next door features metro tiles and a shower over bath and WC. The stunning main lounge area is open plan and features sea views and original wooden floors throughout. At one end is a spacious kitchen area with where you can find an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and all the basic cooking essentials. Dine at the small wooden table that sits in sunlight between two large sets of French windows. Once you have finished soaking up the sun, relax in the sitting area, which boasts comfortable seating, a cosy Indian rug and Smart TV with DVD player.

Step out of this fresh and bright living space into the enclosed patio garden. With a cafe style table and chairs overlooking the lawn, this is a peaceful spot to enjoy an evening drink. There is unrestricted roadside parking, which is subject to availability.

Fabulous property for dog friendly stay - garden is secure for off lead and the apartment us spacious wnough to not feel on top of each other. Parking is limited and on-street parallel parking. Lovely comfortable bed, heating works wonders and warms up very quickly. The shower is nice and powerful and temperature stays consistent. Property feels seRead morecure and in a quiet location. The apartment and garden were lovely with a patio which was in the sun for most of the day and it was so relaxing looking out from the garden to the sea. Everything possible to give you a happy holiday was supplied. Parking immediately outside couldnt be guaranteed but you never had to go far to find a space and it was just a short walk to the sea Read morefront. The lack of adequate parking is very much a downside of this property, especially on arrival and leaving when having to carry cases etc several street away is not good. Having to drive round and round to find parking each evening rather spoilt some lovely days out.

Beautiful apartment which feels like you are staying in someone's home rather than a rental. Spotlessly clean and excellent quality towels and bef linen. Only problem is the parking. If you are very lucky you will be able to park outside the property. If not, you will need to park 100s of yards away which is inconvenient for unloading/loading.

The location is quiet and the seaview from the patio pleasant. Local tourist attractions are easily accessible and of personal great interest. The decoration and accommodation are tastefully done with adequate equipment and appliances including 3D TV and dishwasher. Lovely bed linen and towels.

Second visit to vista sur mar and it was better than the first. Location, decor, apartment and cleanliness all 10 out of 10. The dog loves the garden and the walks along the prom. The chips on the pier are good too!!!!! Looking forward to another break next year.
