Semi-detached property with sea views and within an easy to Thurlestone’s beach, close to village amenities and ideally located for exploring South Devon and Dartmoor.

This property enjoys a lovely beach side location, with views to the sea and the beach being just a short stroll away. Village amenities in quiet Thurlestone include a shop and a popular pub, as well as the golf course and two beaches. Further afield, there are many beaches, seaside towns and fishing villages to explore, including Dartmouth and Blackpool Sands. Plymouth with its Hoe and waterfront Barbican complex is around a 45 minute drive away and offers a wide range of shops, a historic waterfront, and a wide range of eateries.

This 1930s property is ideal for those who like to be close to the sea whilst enjoying a quiet and peaceful location. The lounge area comfortably seats four and has a TV and DVD. A door from here leads through to the kitchen/diner, a light-filled space with large sliding doors which open out onto the decked seating area overlooking the garden. The large dining table sits in front of these doors, whilst the kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer, whilst there is also a convenient ground-floor WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom is a pleasant double with sea views, whilst the other room is a twin, which also enjoys those views across to the sea. One of the bathrooms has a mixer shower and WC, whilst the other has a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC.

Guests will love the large enclosed garden, which is mainly set to lawn and a patio seating area close to the house which has beautiful sea views, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. There is plentiful off-road parking on the property’s driveway.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Our 3rd time staying at West Delvers and we will return! love the homeliness, well equipped kitchen and best of all, the views. The Village Inn just gets better every time we visit - dogs still welcome and food is superb but not expensive for the quality. look forward to booking again soon

This cottage has the most idyllic setting. The views across the bays are spectacular and walking in the are is excellent.

What you think of this property depends on what you are used to. The position is good if you are fit and active but alas we no longer are and so won't be returning but young families would make better use of it than us.

Love this has stayed in it many times. It has fantastic views across the golf course to Thurlestone Rock and the sea. Lovely big terrace and level lawn for children. Dog friendly. Large boot room for coming off the beach dropping wellies and coats!
