The attractive dining area is ideally situated and perfect whether you’re enjoying a big meal or grabbing a snack. You will find also find a comfortable king-size bedroom on the ground floor, as well as a shower room with WC on the ground floor. Heading upstairs you will find two more comfy bedrooms: one king-size with en-suite shower room with WC, and a huge master bedroom with super-king zip-and-link, which can be made into a twin on request, with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
Stepping outside you can unfurl on the private patio and lawn area with garden furniture and gas BBQ. There’s also a large garden area shared with the other properties, and a play area for kids where they can have fun on the slide and trampoline. Fantastic property, lovely cream tea on arrival. Very relaxing location. Off the beaten track so quiet which was perfect for us. In laws are already thinking about when they can go back. Would highly recommend.

We were a party of five adults and two babies. We had a great stay and the cottage had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is in a very narrow lane with lots of farm traffic (they have to work, I know). There is plenty to do nearby and Launceston is nearby for shopping.

We travelled with our children, my parents and two dogs! The Cottage was spacious and well equipped, and in a lovely setting - a working farm with lovely dog walks. The host Lisa was lovely and very welcoming - cream teas for us on arrival was a lovely touch! We would definitely stay here again!
