Enjoying a convenient location close to the cricket ground and just yards away from Westward Ho!'s beach, Northam Burrows and the ocean beyond, this is a great base from which to explore the local area. Westward Ho! has a wide range of amenities, including independent shops, restaurants and pubs. Keen golfers can stroll along to Royal North Devon Golf Club and enjoy a round. Take a trip on the Oldenburg to Lundy Island which lies just off the North Devon coast, or walk along the coastal path offering some superb views. You will relish returning to your holiday home where comfort and style take centre stage providing relaxation before planning your next day’s adventure.

 This property has been arranged with a reverse-level layout to make the most of the views from the first floor. It really is a great base for friends or families to enjoy this seaside town. Entering through the front door, on the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with its own wall mounted Smart TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC. The second bedroom is a zip-and-link 2’9 twin (which can be made up as a 5’6 double bed on request) with French doors out onto the rear garden. The ground floor also, has a stylish and contemporary bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Also, on this floor is a snug room with TV/DVD player, sofa, books and games. Heading upstairs there is a bright and stylish open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a vaulted ceiling and superb views over the Northam Country Park to the beach and sea beyond. The third bedroom is off this room and has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. French doors lead out onto the front balcony with its stylish table and chairs, perfect for your morning coffee. The whole house has been furnished and equipped with impeccable style. The lounge area has a corner sofa, and snuggle chair, wall mounted Smart TV with Netflix and built in Bluetooth speakers throughout so you can play your own music. The kitchen area is well-equipped and provides everything you need including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine fridge and Espresso coffee machine. Dine at the family size table or if you prefer enjoy drinks whilst watching the sunset on the large balcony with further dining table and chairs looking out to sea.

Heading outside there is an enclosed private garden with patio area, picnic table and outside hot shower. The rear balcony can also be accessed from the lounge area through the large bi-folding doors which also has sea views. The balcony off the kitchen area is a great spot for alfresco breakfast or evening drinks. The garage is accessed via the back door and offers a washing machine as well as a games room with pool table, dart board and buckets and spades, there is also a rack for surfboards and hanging area for wet suits. An outside hot shower allows you to wash off sandy toes or paws before entering the property. There is parking on the driveway for one car and others roadside.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

this house was very easy to find and the views are great. The book of instructions for all the equipment in the house and kitchen are the best I have come across. Thank you for making life easy and relaxing.

Lovely holiday home, very clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Great to be able to open the balcony doors wide to get a cooling breeze and to hear and smell the sea. Fantastic views of the burrows, the sea and the distant coastline. Games in the garage kept us entertained and cool when it was too hot to go out. Fabulous property that unfortunately overlooks a car park. There are great views though. However during our stay the car park was being built 11 construction vehicles on site most of the days. Too noisy too dusty to open fab bifold doors let alone sit out. We were told there would be some building work finishing the area but did not expect this amoRead moreunt of disruption from 7.30am to 5pm each day apart from weekend of course. Hide
