The British Ironwork Centre (7.5 miles) is well worth a visit too. Further afield you can travel 21 miles to the Long Mynd in Church Stretton, an excellent base for country lovers and sportsman alike with walking, cycling and hang gliding for all abilities. Additional highlights include Hawkstone Park Follies (19.5 miles), and both the National Trust’s Attingham Park (15 miles) and Wenlock Edge (22 miles).

The kitchen area is well-equipped with all the thoughtful little extras, such as a coffee machine alongside the electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. If you decide to eat in and rustle up a meal you can enjoy your culinary delights at the contemporary glass dining table. After dinner relax on the sofas and watch one of your favourite programmes on the Smart TV or get competitive with a game of table football. If your clothes are muddy after a long day out, pop over to the utility room which houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is also a dog shower with hot and cold water to pamper your pooch's muddy paws. When ready for bed enjoy a relaxing bath or shower accessed through the dressing room and enjoy a good night's sleep in the stylish bedroom with a double bed and Smart TV.
