The Historical city of York boasts an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Touring the unspoilt Yorkshire Wolds by car is a pleasure in itself.The popular footpaths 'Wolds Way' and 'Minster Way' are nearby and specific farm fields allocated for dog walking. The rural Georgian property welcomes you into the lounge which is complete with comfortable sofas and an open fire which can warm toes whilst watching the TV. The traditional kitchen has modern conveniences including electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. Heading upstairs, the bedrooms can be found. One of which is a beautifully decorated double bedroom with TV. There is also a twin bedroom with a cot and TV. The family bathroom can be found on the first floor and benefits from a shower over bath and WC.
There is plenty of outdoor space to explore including a lovely walled garden along with facilities including a tennis court and outdoor pool.
Due to COVID 19 the shared outdoor pool is restricted to 1 hour each day per cottage, there is a rota each week for guests stating when they are able to use the pool. There is an hour between each cottage session to allow for social distancing.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
