Located close to the Devon, Dorset and Somerset borders you will be perfectly positioned to explore all three counties. The coastal towns of Lyme Regis and Seaton are both a ten-minute drive away and offer beautiful beaches and an array of cafés, shops and pubs. Nearby are Mark Hix’s Oyster & Fish House, The Town Mill in Rousdon, Castlewood Vineyard which nestles beneath Musbury Castle, which the owners run and offer tours and Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage restaurant in Axminster. The Axe Valley is a stroll from the property and bikes can be hired locally. Other attractions include Axe Valley Wildlife Park, Ferne Animal Sanctuary, Lyme Regis Marine Aquarium, Seaton Tramway, Crealy Great Adventure Park and numerous National Trust properties.

On entering this spacious and inviting farmhouse, you will find yourself in the elegant and comfortable lounge which offers a TV and DVD and a large traditional inglenook fireplace with wood burner for you to snuggle in front of. Across the hallway is the charming and attractive dining room, complete with feature fireplace and original stone wall. Lovely cottage in a nice area, easy to drive to coastal resorts. Slept very well. Loved the hot tub. Pleasant garden, which we didn't use that much due to the normal English weather! An enjoyable week away.

Stunning scenery, a fabulous setting and a brilliant location. Perfect for getting to Seaton, Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Beer all within 15 mins or so. Lovely, quiet, spacious cottage, close to beaches, seaside villages and supermarkets. Great dog walks with lovely views straight from the door. The hot tub and stoking its fire was great fun- just allow plenty of time and wood for it to get to temperature.

Lovely cottage with beautiful views and scenery. Ask for hot tub to be filled before arrival, as it takes 4 hrs to fill and then 4 hrs to heat up! Lots of places to visit within easy reach of it. Well worth a visit.
