Located in an ever popular part of North Cornwall, you will be just a three minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Widemouth Bay and eight minutes from the vibrant coastal town of Bude, busy all year round and boasting plenty of shops and restaurants, an 18 hole links golf course, sport and leisure centre, bowling greens, coarse and sea fishing, a choice of beachs and beautiful clifftop walks. The picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac, with fine local cuisine and famed for its association with Doc Martin lies to the west, as does ever popular Padstow and Newquay. Stepping into the delightfully beamed two storey barn conversion you will immediately find yourself in a light and cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Here squishy sofas, a Smart TV with DVD and a warming wood burner effect electric fire welcome you into the lounge area. The dining area is beautifully appointed with a contemporary country style kitchen table, settle and dresser and the well appointed kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will then discover the bedrooms, each boasting a beautiful double height ceiling with original exposed beams. These comprise a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower and WC, and a delightful little twin bedroom. There is also a separate bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside, there is an enclosed private garden to the front of the cottage with lawn area, gravelled patio area, garden furniture and charcoal BBQ. Ample private off-road parking is provided within 10 yards. Shared on-site leisure facilities within about 20 acres of private woodland and farmland include an indoor tennis court, river trout and coarse lake fishing, woodland walks and a kite flying field.

Excellent break in this wonderful, well equipped cottage. Lovely location close to beaches in Bude and Sandymouth to the north. Walks around the farm and other facilities, including the tennis court a real bonus.

The cottage was perfect for our week away - only a short drive to a lovely beach at Widemouth Bay where there are surfing lessons, a couple of good cafes and lots of space. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we could have needed, including good wifi which is vital for teenagers!

Had a great 2 weeks stay at the cottage. Well located for the Bude area with easy access to the A39 to explore further. Cottage very well equipped and comfortable. The owners particularly keen to sort a couple of things out at the beginning of our stay that had occurred during the previous occupants stay. This was a smooth process. The cottage is cRead moreontained within a cluster of other cottages that are rented out where bigger vacationing parties could holiday together. Would definitely recommend. Hide

Accommodation was very clean and comfortable and in a lovely location near to the coast. There is a lovely little garden overlooking the fields where we sat to have our afternoon tea.

We loved our holiday at Bevilles Barn. The cottage was cosy and comfortable. We loved how well equipped it was, it had everything youd need for a home from home holiday. The location was great, rural, but easy to pick up main roads. We particularly loved how close it was to widemouth bay, we ended up spending a lot of evenings there!

Beautiful cottage that was spotlessly clean. Really comfortable. Fabulous location, ideal for visits to Bude, Tintagel and Boscastle. Unfortunately we had no hot water for the bulk of our stay. The owners tried to resolve the issue and offered us a free holiday or a reasonable partial refund to compensate.
