The picturesque fishing village of Port Isaac, with fine local cuisine and famed for its association with Doc Martin lies to the west, as does the ever-popular Padstow and Newquay. Other places of interest include King Arthur’s castle, The Eden Project, Crealy Adventure Park, Bodmin Moor, and numerous National Trust properties.

Finally and completing the offering inside the property is the beautifully romantic bedroom with a double bed and a further Smart TV. Located off this is an en-suite shower room with a large shower with a rainfall showerhead and a WC.
