Very comfortable cottage with all amenities you need. The bathroom would be better with a shower over the bath. The shower in the en-suite is small. There are no local shops but that makes for a nice quiet location. Very beautiful outlook and plenty of spaces for our dog. Overall a very nice place.

Fabulous location to relax or enjoy the adventure of the coast right on your doorstep! Whether it was Coasteering, body boarding, sea swimming, tennis, walking the canal to Bude or across country to Widemouth Bay we had the best of times. Lovely family break.

The photographs do not do the cottage justice. There are lovely new comfortable settees and a new larger television in the lounge. There are also new beds in the bedrooms. On that subject, it should be noted that the downstairs bedroom is a double NOT a twin room. This was not a problem for us, but could potentially be for others. This is probably the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed in with a great location and lovely views and walks. The cottage itself is very modern and well equipped and has been well maintained. The scones, jam and cream waiting for us on arrival was a very welcome surprise, as were the gravy bones for our dog, Jack! The enclosed garden is especiRead moreally well suited to anyone taking their dog on holiday with them. Hide

Lovely Cottage, very quiet, clean and comfortable with everything you need.Scones milk strawberry jam and cream on arrival was a very appreciated surprise. We enjoyed watching the birds feeding and the visiting wild life.. Excellent position for visiting most beaches and villages which are all lovely. Views are spectacular.. Recommend Margaret's RuRead morestic Tea Rooms in nearby Northcott Mouth for a very generous Cream tea.. Had a sunny "warmish" week which all added to a great week away with daughter Hide
