Also on the ground floor are a double bedroom, bathroom and open plan lounge and kitchen/diner. the lounge includes comfortable seating and a TV/DVD. It leads out into the adjoining kitchen/diner which includes a family-sized dining area, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The adjacent woodland and the coarse fishing lake can be accessed directly from the garden. There are also a number of other outdoor leisure facilities to enjoy here, including river trout fishing, a kite flying field and a woodland walk. Private parking is provided.
